How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website and add your chosen books to your cart. When you’re ready, click the cart icon to review your selections and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. You can also make purchases conveniently through the Shopify Shop app, which offers a seamless shopping experience on mobile devices. All payments are processed securely.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary UK delivery on orders over £50.
For UK orders under £50, shipping is weight based and calculated as follows:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
How can I tell if a book is a first edition or signed?
Each product listing includes details about the book’s edition and whether it is signed. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for clarification or more photos.
What condition are your books in?
We specialise in vintage and antique books, so conditions vary. Each listing includes a clear description and photos of the book’s condition. If you need more details, please ask and we’ll be happy to help.
Can I request a specific book?
Absolutely! If you’re searching for a particular title or author, or looking for something rare, please get in touch. We have a large stock of books not yet listed online and may be able to help you find what you’re looking for.
How often do you add new stock?
We add new arrivals to our website daily. Check our New Arrivals section regularly to see the latest additions.
Can I return or exchange a book?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a return or exchange, subject to our returns policy which you can find here.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We’re excited to announce that gift wrapping will be a new addition to our store very soon!
