Condition Description - All First Editions. All books in this rare set are in very good condition. Original blue cloth boards with decorative gilt title to front board and spine. Boards have some edge wear and mild marking/staining. All books have a fold out map and engraved frontis portrait of book subject, with tissue guard. Some foxing to pages and page edges. Some small areas of pencil writing on inside of boards and pages, but the majority of pages remain clean. One book is ex-libris with sticker on front board partially removed. Some pages are unopened - see details of each book above for full details.
